Caprese Salad drizzled with my Tiny Kitchen’s Homemade Balsamic Glaze — here’s the recipe if you want to make it from scratch.

Caprese
- 8 ounces Fresh Mozzarella
- 10 leaves Fresh Basil
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 drizzle Balsamic Glaze
- To taste Salt
- To taste Pepper

Instructions
- Cut Fresh Mozzarella and Tomatoes into 1/4 inch slices.
- Pick off about 10 large leaves of fresh Basil.
- Alternating Tomato, Basil, Cheese, plate the ingredients on a plate.
- Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Finish with a drizzle with Olive Oil and/or Balsamic Glaze.
