SO WHAT YOU'RE GONNA NEED IS:
Place finely grated Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese on Baking Sheet lined with a Silicone Baking Mat.
Using a fork, spread the Cheese into a circle about 3½ 4 inches in diameter.
Place in 400F oven for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown. No flipping needed.
Let cool on pan for about a minute and then place over a rolling pin (or something similar) to cool.
