  • Press Garlic and Mince Parsley. Set aside.
  • In a large Mixing Bowl, combine Ground Beef, Ground Pork, Pressed Garlic, Minced Parsley, 3/4 of the Bread Crumbs, Grated Parmesan Cheese, Salt, Pepper and Lightly Beaten Egg.
  • Mix with Hands.
  • Slowly add remaining Bread Crumbs until thoroughly mixed. (Note: you do not want it to be dry) (Note: if you want to check seasoning, place a small bit on a plate and microwave. Taste and adjust accordingly)
  • Roll meatballs into desired size. (Note: If using lean meat (e.g. 90/10), coat with Olive Oil.)
  • Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes, depending on size. (Note: for 5-6 meatballs, cook for about 30 minutes; for 12-16 meatballs, cook for about 20 minutes.)
  • Transfer Meatballs to the sauce and finish cooking in the sauce.
  • Enjoy!
