Scrambled Eggs (Hot 'n' Fast Method)
We use high heat and cook those eggs quickly! It gives a large curd of egg that pairs great with sausage, egg and toast.

SO WHAT YOU'RE GONNA NEED IS:
Crack eggs into mixing bowl.
Season with salt and pepper.
Whisk with fork vigorously until frothy
Add butter to a pan over medium high heat. Let butter melt.
Add Eggs and let them start to firm up.
Using a silicone spatula, fold the eggs into the center of the pan, creating large curds of Egg. Cook until firm.
