Instructions

  • Melt Butter in Mini Ceramic Crocks/Ramekins in microwave until melted (usually less than 30 seconds)
  • In Mixing Bowl, combine, Sugar, Self-Rising Flour and Milk. Whisk until batter is thoroughly mixed.
  • Once Butter is melted, pour batter evenly into Crocks.
  • Add Berries
  • Bake at 375F until nice and golden brown!
