SO WHAT YOU'RE GONNA NEED IS:
Peel potatoes if desired. Cut potato lengthwise into 1/4 inch slices. Place slices flat on the cutting board and cut into 1/4 inch French Fries
Place French Fries in large bowl of water and rinse them repeatedly until the water is clear
Heat up 3-4 cups of water to a boil in the microwave. Pour over the French Fries. Let them cook in the hot water for about 5 minutes or until tender.
Remove from the water and thoroughly dry the French Fries.
Drizzle with Oil and Salt/Seasoning. Mix until coated.
Place on a Baking Sheet/silicone baking mat. Arrange them so that there is space between the French Fries. This will help them crisp.
Bake in a 425°F over for about 20-30 minutes, rotating the potatoes 2-3 times to crisp evenly.
Remove once they are golden brown.
Enjoy!
