SO WHAT YOU'RE GONNA NEED IS:
Cut of discolored tip off the base of the Romaine Lettuce.
Cut the Romaine Lettuce in half lengthwise, preserving the base on both halves.
Drizzle with Olive Oil.
Season with Salt and Pepper
Place the Romaine Lettuce cut side down on a hot grill for about 30-second to 1 minute or until you see grill marks on the lettuce.
Flip and grill on the other side until the lettuce become a vibrant green (about 30 seconds to 1 minute)
Top with Caesar Dressing, Croutons and shaved Parmesan Cheese
