Instructions

  • Cut of discolored tip off the base of the Romaine Lettuce.
  • Cut the Romaine Lettuce in half lengthwise, preserving the base on both halves.
  • Drizzle with Olive Oil.
  • Season with Salt and Pepper
  • Place the Romaine Lettuce cut side down on a hot grill for about 30-second to 1 minute or until you see grill marks on the lettuce.
  • Flip and grill on the other side until the lettuce become a vibrant green (about 30 seconds to 1 minute)
  • Top with Caesar Dressing, Croutons and shaved Parmesan Cheese
