Create Tiny Kitchen Slider Sauce by mixing together Mayonnaise, Dijon Mustard, Ketchup and Cumin. Set aside
Crack egg in large Mixing Bowl and beat with a fork.
Add Ground Chuck, Salt and Pepper and mix thoroughly with hands.
Shape Hamburger Slider Patties about 3/4 – 1 inch thick and about an inch larger than the Slider bun you are using.
Season patty with additional salt and pepper on one side
Cut Onion into 1/4 inch slices.
Using Basting Brush, brush the Onion and Slider Buns with oil. Season Onion with Salt and Pepper.
Slice Tomato into desired thickness. Prepare lettuce a little larger than the slider bun.
Brush Grill or Cast Iron Grill Pan with oil.
10. Place Slider Patties (seasoned side down) on the Grill, along with the onions. Season the top with additional Salt and Pepper.
11. Let Sliders and Onions cook for about 4 minutes. Flip, top Patties with Cheese and cook until desired doneness.
12. Place Slider Buns on the Grill to create nice Grill marks. Remove.
13. To put it all together, put a dollop of the Tiny Kitchen Slider Sauce on the grilled buns.
14. Place Lettuce down first (this will help heel the bottom bun from getting soggy from all the juices.
15. Then Tomato, Slider Patty and tip with Grilled Onions.
