Cut Bread into 1-inch cubes. (Note: About two cups total.)
Place cubed Bread into the Mixing Bowl.
Add Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper.
Add olive oil or butter, depending on the style you want to make.
Add any optional ingredients, like spices or parmesan cheese.
Mix Bread until thoroughly coated with all the ingredients.
Place cubes of Bread on a Baking Sheet. (Note: keep cubes of Bread in a single layer and spread out so they are not touching and there is some space between them.)
Bake at 375°F for about 10-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown. (Note: the fresher the bread, the longer it will take)
