I don’t know about you, but I just can’t get enough of the Red Lobster’s Cheddar Bay Biscuits!  Cheesy, Garlicky Perfection!  I love me a basket (or two) of Cheddar Bays!

Make the Biscuits

  • Cut 1 Tablespoon of Butter into small cubes about the size of a pea.
  • Add Butter to Mixing Bowl with Bisquick Baking Mix. Cut the Butter into the Bisquick using a fork until mixed into the Bisquick
  • Add Milk, Cheddar Cheese and 1/2 of the Garlic Powder into the Bisquick and Butter. Mix until thoroughly incorporated. Dough will be sticky.
  • Scoop out 2 inch balls of dough and place on a Baking Sheet with Silicone Baking Mat (or parchment paper)
  • Bake at 450F until Golden Brown

Make the Garlic Butter Topping

  • While baking, melt remaining 1 Tablespoon of Butter in microwave.
  • Add minced Fresh Parsley, remaining Garlic Powder and Salt to melted Butter.
  • Brush Melted Butter mixture on hot golden brown biscuits.
